Agrapana Agrikultur Perkasa, PT – Agrapana Coco for coconut lineups – only sells the most carefully hand-picked Fresh Mature Coconut, with a size average of about 0.8 – 1.1 kg per piece.

We sell fully matured coconuts with the husk are left intact over the "eyes" of the coconut, a very sensitive area. Leaving the husk untouched increases the shelf life of the coconut, protecting the area susceptible to decay.

How do we process our coconut

Our fresh mature coconuts come mainly from Sumatera and Sulawesi region. Coconuts from these regions are purposely selected for their bigger size and thicker β€œmeat” for better enjoyments.

After harvest, these quality coconuts are peeled off and transported to our local warehouse. We keep our coconuts fresh by keeping them in a semi-open warehouse, where there is a free flow of air, yet protected from rain and water.

These coconuts then sorted out for the 800-gram weight and above, or according to a customer’s particular request. Our standard quality sorting produces semi husked coconuts.

Afterwards, the coconuts are sent to our main warehouses in Jakarta or Surabaya for packaging. Our quality control team then will complete the final quality check before releasing them for shipment to our customers.

Product Description

Our desiccated coconut is finely grated, dried, and hygienically processed to retain its high oil content and rich coconut taste. It is white in color, free from yellow specks or discoloration, and carries a mild, sweet coconut flavor without any foreign odors or tastes. Available in Fine and Medium grades, it provides versatility for various applications β€” from biscuits, cakes, and granola bars to coconut milk production and other food preparations.

Copra
(Edible & Non Edible)

Copra is the dried meat or kernel of the coconut, primarily used for oil extraction. It comes in two main categories: edible copra and non-edible (industrial) copra, each serving different purposes in the industry.

1. Edible Copra

Edible copra is made from high-quality, mature coconuts and is carefully dried to maintain its natural flavor and nutritional value. It is widely used for:
